You can fix 1 and 3 with CSS (google should be able to help you figure it out). 2 I suspect is also a CSS issue, but I'm not certain of that; you'd have to investigate the tooltip using Chrome's or Firefox's document inspectors to figure out what is causing the shadow.
It seems odd to me that the tooltips would be 100% custom, except for that shadow effect. I'm inclined to call it a bug.
