County and town level resolution is not supported. You can have a
state-level map, but the only smaller resolution supported is metro, which
doesn't correspond to any of counties, towns, cities, or ZIP codes. There
is talk of supporting county level resolution in a future version (and
cities/towns wouldn't be much of a stretch beyond that), but it is not yet
available.
