You can split your data into multiple charts, either by rows or by columns, 
but you can't create a second row of columns in one chart.

I would suggest, though, using a 
ChartRangeFilter<https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/controls#chartrangefilter>to
 allow your users to zoom and pan the chart.
