The text in the legend is always the label of the columns used to draw the 
chart (see in the DataTable, "Project 1", "Project 2" etc).  You can 
position the legend using the legend.position options, which can take 
values of "top", "right", "bottom", or "none".  Since you are using a right 
axis, I would recommend top or bottom as there are known issues with 
rendering the axis and legend on the same side of the chart.
