The flickering is normal for the ATL charts, there's not much you can do to get rid of it. You can, however, switch over to LineCharts (and a ChartRangeFilter) and get 95% of the features of an ATL chart with the additional features of LineCharts and none of the drawbacks of ATL charts. The flickering in the Gauge charts shouldn't be happening. Can you post your code (or a link to the page) so I can test it?
