The annotations are describe under column roles here: https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/roles. Each chart lists the supported roles under the "Data Format" section of the chart page (see it for LineChart<https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/linechart#Data_Format> ).
