You would have to create your own custom maps for the GeoChart to get regions that correspond to those groups of countries. This thread<https://groups.google.com/d/msg/google-visualization-api/KVGu--jjUpk/L3yTtnmFU4kJ>has an explanation of the process for creating custom maps.
