You can use the code linked to from this post<https://groups.google.com/d/msg/google-visualization-api/YTD_JxX_RFc/yt7e6JIGwu0J>to save the chart as an image. That code isn't perfect, and it only works in Chrome and Firefox, but it will get the job done.
