As I said on your StackOverflow, the GeoCharts do not include a continent-level data map, and even if they did, you would encounter problems because your regions are not really continents. USNORTHCOM is most of, but not all of, North America; USSOUTHCOM is South America plus a bit of North America; USEUCOM is Europe, part of Asia, and part of North America; USCENTCOM is part of Asia and Africa; USAFRICOM is part of Africa; and USPACOM is Oceania, part of Asia, and (I think) Antarctica. If you want each of the military command regions to be a single data point, you will need to make a custom map.
