The speed with which our API loads is largely dependent on your network
speeds, however it might be the case that you're doing some things that
slow it down even more. Are you doing any of the following:

   - Loading jsapi multiple times in the page?
   - Calling google.load multiple times?
   - Only calling google.load when the page loads?
