The maximum value for bar.groupWidth is 100%.  The column widths I see on 
your chart appear to be commensurate with that.  If each hAxis value is 
only ever going to have 1 value, then you probably just want to set the 
"isStacked" option to true and leave the bar.groupWidth option alone.
