Try using a ComboChart<https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/combochart>. You will need three columns in your DataTable: 1 for the x-axis, 1 for the columns, and 1 for the line. Set the series.<series index>.type option to "bars" for the column series and "line" for the line series.
