No, you can't do that with the default tooltips.

You can disable the tooltips by setting the tooltip.trigger option to 
"none", and then use the "select" event to spawn a custom tooltip.  It's 
going to be difficult to determine when the user intended to select 
multiple points.  The ScatterCharts only support selection of a single 
point at a time, and there is no event information passed in the select 
event that we can use to determine if the user had the "ctrl" key pressed 
(typically used to select multiple items).
