If you are referring to the differences between the ColumnChart that is in 
the "columnchart" package and the ColumnChart that is in the "corechart" 
package, you can see the documentation for the old version ("columnchart" 
package) by appending "_old" to the end of the URL for the chart (eg 
https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/columnchart vs 
old 
https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/columnchart_old).  
There is practically no reason to use the old packages, however, so I 
strongly recommend that you just avoid them entirely unless you have an 
extremely good reason not to (in which case, you should ask around here if 
it is really necessary, because chances are it's not).
