Something that occurs only sometimes, rather than all the time, suggests there is a load time problem. Perhaps Awesome tables is not loading the library correctly, waiting for the load to finish before calling functions in the Charts API. If you could point to an example where you see this problem, we could take a look and at least identify the source of the problem, and maybe suggest a workaround.
