You can set the label on the y-axis with the vAxis.title option:
vAxis: {
title: 'Litres'
}
If you want to display different fuels separately, you need to include one
column of data per fuel. There are also options for switching the
displayed data; here's an example that has a dropdown to select different
columns of data for the chart: http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/WaUu2/
