Hi Sravan,

The chart that you see on Google Finance is adapted from an earlier version
of the Google Charts annotated timeline chart.  However, we are not
planning on developing the flash-based annotatedtimeline chart any further.
 Instead, we are about to release a replacement, AnnotationChart, that uses
the normal core charts and is pretty much identical in functionality to the
annotatedtimeline chart.   This will allow us to make upgrades more easily.


I can't promise when we will get to the feature you want, but I can imagine
we will get to it eventually.
