Hi chartuser, Looks like you found a bug, which I have verified locally. Since you are using the old flash-based AnnotatedTimeLine, we are, unfortunately, not likely to work on it much. However, the new AnnotationChart doesn't yet support the annotations filter, so you are stuck for the time being, but I will push on completing this before I spend more time on the AnnotatedTimeLine. I hope that will be satisfactory to you.
