Prior to the RC update on February 27th, our charts were rendering like 
this:

Notice how the annotation text color changes to match the color of the bar, 
except when the annotation would overlay the bar, in which case it inverts 
automatically.  *We did not write any custom code for this*.  I believe 
this is how annotations on other chart types still work even after the 
February 27th RC update.

However, for bar and column charts *after* the update, the text colors no 
longer change to match the bar.  The text now remains the default (horrid) 
blue:

Was this change intentional?  If not, any chance it'll be fixed before V38 
becomes final?
