The wick of the candle is not adjustable. You can adjust the padding on
the chart by using the chartArea left, top, height, and width options:
chartArea: {
// these options can either be numbers (pixels) or strings (percents of
the outer chart dimensions)
top: 25,
height: 375,
left: '10%',
width: '90%'
}
