You might be best served with a custom legend. As far as colors go, you can either specify the colors to use via the "colors" option (takes an array of color strings, colors are assigned in row-order of the DataTable, or you can reference the default colors (listed here<https://groups.google.com/d/msg/google-visualization-api/fmZzdKnmQC0/3KYsJ4N-IeMJ> ).
