As I understand things, the HistogramCharts are undergoing improvements 
that will eventually allow you to do what you want, but the capability is 
not yet present.  Keep an eye on the 
google-charts-announce<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/google-charts-announce>list
 for updates.
