The Visualization API is not open source. Google uses a common license
across multiple tools, so there are clauses which do not necessarily
pertain to the Visualization API.

You can use the API in open source projects under any license you wish, as
long as the projects get the API directly from Google's servers, but you
cannot redistribute or package the API itself with any projects.
