Finally got it working. Applying that projectedlatitude formula in MS Excel 
wasn't a good idea. I wrote C# console app to create JS files and used the 
formula in there. 

I can see the zip code polygons but it doesn't draw the State boundaries. 
How do I get the State boundary along with zip code polygons? Do I need to 
add a "feature" with State map coordinates as well? I'm using your 
US-PROVINCES.js file though.
