That site doesn't appear to use the Google Visualization API, so it is not a good example to work from if you are intent on using this API. I have not tried to implement any charts in Wordpress, but my understanding is that you have to have a specific set of options enabled in the Wordpress configuration to allow you to include javascript in your posts. If you search this forum, you should be able to find some examples from other users who have successfully deployed the Visualization API in Wordpress.
