There are a couple of ways you can do this.  You can use a ComboChart with 
stacked "area" series (example: http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/apH2B/), or 
you can use "area" style intervals 
(example: http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/apH2B/35/, note that the tooltips 
here can be cleaned up so they don't contain the interval values).  The 
first method is perhaps a bit easier to implement, but won't work for all 
use cases; the second can be a bit hard to configure, but is more widely 
compatible.
