Google Finance does not use the Visualization API for its charts. It looks
similar to the Annotated Timeline, but they are not the same.

If you want to duplicate some of the features of that chart, you will have
to custom code them. The Annotated Timeline is probably not the chart you
want to use for this, as it is relatively inflexible (and it is superseded
by the new AnnotationChart as well). To get the features of that chart
that you want, you would have to use a LineChart
<https://google-developers.appspot.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/linechart>

tied to a ChartRangeFilter
<https://google-developers.appspot.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/controls#chartrangefilter>,

with some logic to set the starting point of all lines to 0% and give you
the ability to turn data series on and off.

There are examples of both cases in this group if you search for them.
