I've noticed a recurring issue with using Google spreadsheets as a data
source for charts. I was wondering whether it was just me or whether others
had experienced the same issue, which is that if I edit the spreadsheet
(say to add some extra rows) there is a high chance that it will no longer
connect reliably with the charts by which I mean it works sometimes but not
other times. I've found that a reliable fix is to simply duplicate the
spreadsheet and change the URL in my javascript which references the
spreadsheet - so with a nice fresh unedited spreadsheet, all is well.

I've seen this with a number of spreadsheets so I'm not sure its a one-off
issue (having said that, all my spreadsheets are very similar so it could
be I'm doing something funny inside the spreadsheet that is causing this,
though the only thing I can see that is anyway unusual is displaying some
numbers as fractions in some of the cells).
