Ah, it probably appears in the bottom left because there isn't enough room
to display it to the right. If you expand the area or go to
http://jsfiddle.net/yu8q6dxu/3/show/, it should appear to the right of it.
In order to make that behavior a bit more dependable, it might be a good
idea to put the chart and tooltip div in a table.
