Is there any way to custom format values in an annotation chart depending
on the value?
For instance, if a value is zero I'd like the user to see "Not available".
I've tried specifying my values like {v: 0, f: 'Not Available'} which
worked for me on the LineChart but doesn't seem to do anything for the
Annotation Chart.
