While, you can indeed do that, it is technically against our Terms of
Service. You should also be aware that if you do that, your versions of
charts won't automatically get updated, so you won't get any new features
or bugfixes unless you periodically redownload the file. Since it is
technically against our Terms of Service, we also won't help with any
issues related to hosting Google Charts yourself.
