Without an actual DataTable and an actual chart to play around with (not a screenshot), there's only so much I can help you with, but it certainly doesn't look like the chart is *unable* to graph negative values since, as you can clearly see, the value right after the one you pointed out is negative, and in fact, looks to be about -0.69, though I can't be sure. In fact, there are a number of points that are below zero, and therefore negative. I also find it highly unlikely that the chart isn't respecting your data, though I suppose nothing is impossible. As you can see from this jsfiddle, the chart can most definitely both graph negative values, and is true to the data: http://jsfiddle.net/otsw8x9y/
If you could modify that jsfiddle to show a case where it either doesn't respect your data, or refuses to show negative values, that would be immensely helpful, since that would be a bug.
