Hi Marco, Thanks for pointing out the the Configuration Options list is incomplete! We will update this when we next have a moment. That table is the most complete list of options that you're going to find anywhere, and even though the "icons" option is missing, there is an example of how to use it here https://google-developers.appspot.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/map#Markers .
What options are you referring to in the Google Maps API that would change the color of the map? I don't believe that we have an equivalent in the Map Visualization, but we could work on adding them.
