I was using Annotated Timeline within Google Spreadsheets. I did not want 
to create a website, just publishing a Spreadsheet. The comments are 
showing up next to the number markers next to the chart .... on only one 
text line, hence crossing the frame boundary of the entire chart. It really 
does not look good.
Can I use within Google Spreadsheet the Annotation Chart? If yes, how would 
that work? Thanks again! Could I include a script?
