Hi,
By default, if I configure an annotation for a BarChart, the value is
displayed at the end of each bar (on the right).
But if I change the direction of the BarChart (hAxis: {direction=-1}), then
the annotation value is displayed at the beginning of the bar (also on the
right).

Is it possible to configure the position of the annotation to be at the end
of the bar when the hAxis is inversed (on the left)?
