Hi Seth

There is an ambiguity about how much context to show on both axes when
there is only one data point.  You can specify a viewWindow with min and
max values to specify what you want to see.

Regarding the column width, I guess it would make sense to try to keep the
width less than the height so it looks more like a column.

For two data points, at least we have the range of values to use as a guide
for how to scale the axis.  And we compute the width of the columns based
on how much space is available, regardless of the height of the columns,
but it would make sense to compute a maximum width based on the average of
the heights.
