This is a new feature. We are now showing, by default, legend icons that
look like a sample of the data being drawn in the chart. Is there a reason
you need the old behavior of the colored squares?

You probably missed the announcement of the new release candidate for V42.
You get this version when you load "1.1". If you change that to "1.0", you
will get the V41 release, but that will be updated with V42 in a couple
weeks. We will provide a frozen version, but probably not indefinitely.
