If you make an HTTP request for data in a Google spreadsheet (and you might
not do that at all if you get your data another way), the request itself is
only logged for internal use by Google, and does not appear in any Google
search results.    But furthermore, the *request* for data typically does
not include any data, other than the address for your spreadsheet and query
options, and these could be found by anyone who has access to view the
source of your page anyway, such as web crawlers.   Also, there is no
Google log of the *content of the response* to the request, which is where
most of your data would be.
