Sjoerd, We recently noticed interaction problems with the ChartRangeFilter on mobile devices. These are certainly unintentional, and we are not yet sure of the cause. It may be a while before we will have time to deal with these problems, but as a workaround, perhaps you can handle the events outside of Google Charts and set the control state from there.
