Hi Daniel, Please excuse my confusion!!! The option works indeed as expected. The problem I am experiencing has to do with a third party application that constructs the charts using the Google Visualization API.
Problem is now solved as I tested it myself with a sample script using NULLs in the data table. Again sorry for the whole confusion and thanks for your reply.
