Hi Kyle,

Sadly, Google Charts do not support this feature. The only concepts that we
support are: gridlines, baselines, and a stroke around your chart area.
Here's an example of adding a stroke around the chart area:
http://jsfiddle.net/d3wnLu5m/. Unfortunately there's no way to make the
stroke only appear on the left and bottom side.
