Avinash, If you're asking how to provide an attribution to Google Charts, there's no need to do that. But you can cite us as http://developers.google.com/chart/ if you like (and thanks!).
If you're asking how to provide a persistent URL to a specific Google Chart of your own creation, that's up to you.
