Thanks - ticks worked and the viewWindow: { min: -1000 }. I thought I had
tried viewWindow: { min: -1000 } already and it didn't work but I must have
had a typo. The first problem has gone away and I thought I was right about
the annotation - the client will just have put up with it being where it
is. Thanks
