I can't open my spreadsheet anywhere. I have tried logging into it through both of my google usernames (I shared it with one of my google user names yesterday, maybe that is the problem?).... Can't open it on firefox or internet explorer, can't open it on the app on my phone. This is a serious issue, I need to be able to access the information I have on it. I know this sounds like a very basic problem but does anyone have any idea what to do? It continues to load for long periods of time and nothing pops up. When something does pop up I click on it and it says the file does not exist. Please someone help.
