We don't really understand what you mean. I suspect you're asking about how to make a series go to one axis vs another, and I suspect you actually talking about vertical axes, though I can't be sure. If you are indeed talking about vertical axes, then the targetAxisIndex option for the series will do what you want.
If you are indeed talking about multiple horizontal axes, the you should be using the domain role.
