Hi Kimberly, Your images are just links to your local file system, so we can't see them. You should insert the images instead of linking to them.
There is an option for annotations that forces all annotations to be outside the bars. annotations.alwaysOutside In Bar <https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/barchart> and Column <https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/columnchart> charts, if set to true, draws all annotations outside of the Bar/Column.
