Thanks for your help. It didn't seem to fix my particular problem, however. 
It turns out that what fixed it was lengthening the refresh interval. I 
simply lengthened it to 80. It hadn't caused a problem in the past, and 
perhaps I don't even need to set an interval since the data is not 
changing, however I left it in for now.

 query.setRefreshInterval(80);
