If you are loading Google Charts with the jsapi loader, the versions you
get that way have not changed for several months, and are not going to be
changing for some time, perhaps indefinitely.  But you *should* transition
over to the new gstatic server in any event, and use a particular frozen
version if you don't want to be affected by future changes.

Why do you believe we changed the code?  The very same code can behave in
different ways depending on the data and your options. If you issue is with
the slanted hAxis labels, there is an option to disable the possibility of
using slanted labels.
