I was working through animation examples
<https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/animation> to figure
out why I couldn't get them to work. I discovered that a data.js include
I'd been using is the culprit;

<script type="text/javascript" src="dev/date.js"></script>

Removing it gets my animations working and including it seems to break
Google Chart animation examples reliably.

Does anyone know why that might be? date.js is useful and it would be nice
to keep it.
