I'm currently using the Google API (Google Charts) to generate some graphics, But I noticed that when there are small percentages, eg 0.94%, 1.2%, it makes the reading of "labels" a little confused, "on top the other". You can change the "Path" line graph? To make it look like the Highcharts:
